The report reflects the status of the property only on the verification date and is subject to future changes.
Check My Land does not provide any guarantee, warranty or assurance of ownership, title clearance, future legality, resale value or investment return.
Final property purchase decision remains the sole responsibility of the client.
We shall not be responsible for any hidden disputes, ongoing or future litigation, stay orders, policy changes, forged documents, third-party fraud or suppression of facts not reflected in available records at the time of verification.
While reasonable efforts are made to verify documents, Check My Land shall not be held liable for forged, manipulated, incomplete or misleading documents provided by sellers, agents or any third party.
Our verification does not guarantee bank loan approval, financial eligibility or future appreciation of the property.
Financial institutions follow their own independent evaluation criteria.
Physical inspection is limited to current boundary identification, access road verification and location matching. We do not guarantee protection against future encroachment, zoning changes or government acquisition.
Government records and land data are subject to periodic updates. Therefore, reports are valid only as of the verification date. Re-verification may be required before final transaction.
Once the verification process has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are subject to management discretion in case of service non-delivery.
By using our services, the client agrees that Check My Land, its founders, employees or associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our reports or services.
